Strategic communications professional with over 30 years of service in health care public relations, with a specialty in reputation management and crisis planning and response.

I currently serve as vice president of corporate communications for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where I provide strategic counsel on brand reputation and lead a team responsible for public affairs, media relations, government and internal communications. 

As an active member of the local community, I am chair-elect of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce and serve on the boards of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga, Friends of the Festival and Urban League of Greater Chattanooga.
